I have attempted to install a double din head unit in my stilo however I have encountered a problem. I have attached a picture with an arrow pointing at a screw. This screw has no plastic behind it and is not attached to anything so i cannot screw the fascia into anything. Help would be much appreciated.

Basing this on the Grande Punto - take both of those screws out and remove the original cage. Push the new plastic fascia into place, then slide the new cage through the opening in the fascia, bend a few tabs to hold it into place and you're done.
Easy tiger. Even enlarged, I couldn't make it out. Now you've marked it, I can just see a very feint dotted line.
i agree with Yellow. I can't see anything because there is a screw with a massive red circle round it in the way.
Knowing fiats if you undo it the front wing will fall off.
