Should do. I don't think the 500X has had any metal-work changes during it's life.. just bumpers and trim.
If your new doors have a load of extra stuff (or missing stuff) compared to your current doors then you may have to get the new doors proxy-aligned with the car's Body Control Module before it can recognise the new features. E.g. if your new doors have a switch to lock all the doors but your current doors haven't (just as a bad example) then the "lock" button would probably work, but might need to be "activated" first.
Otherwise if your old and new spec' are identical, there ought to be no problems, particularly if you use the door cars and switches from your current doors... although some "modules" (window regulators, mirror motors etc.) *may* be aligned to the BCM and would need to be re-aligned if you fit a new one. That's a simple plug-in job by anyone with the alignment gear, so probably cheaper/easier to do that than replacing all the internals with those from your car... particularly since all the new doors internals are newer.
