Bought a Stilo & the drivers door makes a clunking noise when opening, it appears to have a part missing ie see attached picture where two threaded holes appear but screws are not in, but they do appear on the other doors as allen headed screws.

Does any one know what should be held by the screws?

It's actually the bit of rubber you can see at the other end of the arm. It looks like the screws are missing and the rubber gromit just stays at the end as there's nothing to pull it back.

The clunking could be the retaining arm as they're known to break... my passenger door makes a horrible noise if you open it too far :(

Thanks for reply , the clunking noise happens when I begin to open the door followed by a big clunk , is the retaining arm easy to replace?
