Dont know my own strength

I have a lamp in my bedroom which has one of they stupid energy saving lightbulbs in it.
It has blown, so i went to take the bulb out and the glass just shattered in my hand :shock:

Its a miracle- not one cut or scratch :?:

Someone upstairs must love me as i clenched my fist with broken glass in it as well

did u put a normal bulb back in that doesnt take like an hour to get bright?

I hate energy saving bulbs, we have a couple in the house but the one in the dining room really annoys me, passing through to get to the kitchen at night and by the time I make something to eat its still not heated up properly and the rooms still semi bright.

I refuse to have them in my room, theres plenty of ways to save energy apart from half bright bulbs.

i onced gobbed on a lightbulb and it blew up in my face and no 1 bit of glass hit me in the eye

i havent replaced it, in fact i havent even cleared the glass out of it

Who needs light anyway
