Do you know how many MEPs Scotland has?

As we have an election next week I'll carry on the political theme for this weeks poll.

A conversation at work today revealed that not one of us knew a thing about the election next week including who our MEPs were and who we were voting for. We had to look it up and we're ashamed to discover we didn't realise it was 1) proportional representation or 2) how many MEPs are elected for Scotland.

So, my question is without looking it up would you know how many MEPs represent Scotland in Europe?

I heard there was an election but have no idea who's standing and amn't on the register atm anyway!

MEPS? pfft....another Quango to sponge off the system. Whichever one it is that pays them.

Damn, I was certain we'd get a 100% no vote for this one. I probably shouldn't have taken the gamble of someone going for last option :laugh:
