Abarths are clearly still Fiats,ive heard that some owners deny this but I dont know why. Alfa Romeo might use some Fiat parts but Abarth use entire cars. If there was any doubt then you just need to see the poor build quality its all Fiat DNA.

I've had 2 new top mounts turn up today so hopefully no knocking (from the front) from Fiona! and also hoping to be polybushing the rear trailing arms (hopefully stopping knocking at rear)

You're right of course. Alfa is Fiat based but has a distinct sporting history a great badge and nice trim, whereas Abarth is err Fiat based, has a distinct sporting history a great badge and nice trim......

and there I was thinking he'd bought a Lancia 'alike ,

with it's; nice trim, racing history, etc

you can come in anything you like italian car preferred obviously but sometimes those of us with multiple cars find our italian car(s) are being, well, italian and not working when meets happen.

Just rock up, say hello and be friendly and you will get on with us lot fine
