Does this ICV look how it should?

Does this look as it should, also is there a nack to fitting it, as my revs are going mad on tick over but if i fiddle with the connector on the back it goes to normal or if i push it, maybe its not connecting like it should? thanks

UPDATE, Just refitted it without bolting on and is fine once i push it, it then starts to run badly again, is that metal spring meant to be in the gap that the throttle body goes into??
