Does ICE affect insurance??

Hi i just installed an Amp, and i was just wondering weather this will void my insurance at all. I also have 1 neon in the boot instead of the boot light.

I was thinking of putting dual neons in the front footwells as well. will any of this void my insurance at all???

It shouldnt do, but best to double check your policy details just in case. Some (very few) apparently want all ICE declared and make an assesment of your policy taking that into consideration. But id say pretty commonly that most dont really care too much. They're more likely to care if you are fully comp and have audio cover included....

I know my insurance with churchill is covered to 1k as standard if that helps. Look on your certificate. You may as well let them know as they wont put the price up, but COULD use it against you if your in a crash.

yea i think mine is covered upto 1k... it should say on your policy.. most offer that much without u needing to ask.
