General Does anyone know how to access the headlight/hazard/blower switch panel for replacement?

Having trouble being able to access switch since contacts are faulty. Do I have to remove the whole dashboard or is there another way?

Ah a proper classic - yes we don't have a dedicated section for those, so in the meantime I'll leave it here
