Just get an auto electronic circuit tester (screw driver with bulb in) and test them where they go into the plug / light unit to find out what are what 
And don't forget to wire the towbar with a 7-way bypass relay also

fiat colours are
1 rear light =yellow
2 brake light = green with a white tracer
3 fog light = gray
4 l/h indicator =red with a green tracer
5 r/h indicator = pink
you will have to run a wire across to the other side to pick up the r/h indicator
you will need to remove the rear l/h speaker plastic housing to get access to the wiring loom ,these colours are on my 2006 diesel doblo.
