Neat, elderly cargo workhorse, now retired, as am I
I have had around five Doblos, the first was a clean 03, but it had the Lucas Epic fuel system and waas non turbo so not very economical and a bit gutless, I bought it as a non runner after others had worked on it unsuccessfully. Traced the main fault to air being drawn in via the plastic fuel line connectors at the tank, rather than a leak from an electric fuel pump in tank this version relied on suction from the Lucas Epic injector pump.
My later ones were the turbo intercooled 1.9JTD Common Rail engines, so plenty of power and economical and then a couple of the 1.6MJs with six speed gearbox, OK but less grunt.
