Technical Doblo 1.6 Multijet over reving

Long story . I recently bought a Doblo van as a non-runner I was told when I bought it that it had new injected fitted and not really run properly since. I towed it home managed to get it started after doing the right left right left indicator trick when it starts up it’s running at 2000 RPM with lots of blue smoke which smells of diesel and runs rough. A misfires changed the fuel control solenoid at the back of the fuel pump and then it wouldn’t start at all and gave me a fault called saying that I had a large fuel leak. I put the old fuel pressure solenoid back on clean the EGR valve clean the throttle body and cleaned the inlet both pressure come temperature sensor but that’s not changed the way it runs and it’s showing no faults on my OBD scanner. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you a Newbie

I don't know if they are compatible with FIATs, those communicate best with MES or AlfaOBD.

I'm not a diesel specialist nor fan (rather a hater ), but the scanner type might be important here. I will let others speak.

The Autel seems to work fine I can test all the systems with it. thanks for your reply.
