General Do my mirrows have to be wired up for m.o.t

I'am Wondering, if my mirrows have to be wired up for the m.o.t, as they don't really work when wired up they have a mind of there own when wired up, i i have disconected them, but they have no cracks in them, is this ok for m.o.t ?


and what other things do they test like mirrows etc,? thanks.
