display picture

ive tried to upload a display picture, in have donated to the site, yet it just keeps saying error and stuff like that. Does anyone know how to do it?

(posted this and then realised it has worked but at the top next to my name and message and notifications its still blank? does it stay like this as seeing this made me think it didnt work )

Do you mean your avatar or your profile picture? Your avatar is the small one which appears on the left under your user name (and in the top bar next to your name/notifications). Your profile picture is the one which only shows on your profile page.

how do i link my member motor thread into my signature?

User CP > Edit Signature > Paste the link into the text box.

is there any way of having it say ryans red grande instead of the link ?

Yep, type whatever you want it to say, select that text and then use the 'Insert Hyperlink' button, this also works for pictures (as you can see on my sig).
