Running through virgin media, but not clued up on changing settings.

Tried virgin but seemed ok. It's getting worse as I have now lost internet banking which was ok this morning???
Scanning for virus or other things at the mo. Will boot up the other pc.

It's the same on the other pc. Going to check the router settings and reset the modem.

I reset the modem and router. Nothing. Changed the router and every thing went screwy with Win7, due to hardware changes....
I decided to put my old XP loaded hard drive in and after what seemed like forever, I can get the web pages...????
So, is it Win7, IE that has the problem or the router is doing some strange web filtering?? Maybe a combination of all of them?
Must be the router if it effected 2 computers.
I do have a Zyxyl NSA320 media server set on a reserved IP address which can cause a problem if I power it off for some reason?
Life was so much easier without computers to say they are here to help with life.

Every thing back to normal now after much hassle with rebooting and s**t.
I guess it's one of those unexplained computer things we don't really understand because some programmer had a bad year and added a sub-routine to f**k your things up now and again?????????
