Technical Dipped headlights

Morning all, did a quick check to see if anyone else has this issue but alas here I am.
One of my dip headlight (R) is giving me grief. I start up check headlights and the Right dip light is not working, left no problem, main beam both lights no problem.
The strange thing is, if I pull the connector from the bulb a couple of times, the light works? I have checked and cleaned the connector at the bulb, checked wiring down as far as I can see but find nothing.
Any advice?

Have you tried a new bulb? The existing bulb could be faulty. Please note that the dipped beams have individual fuses.

Yes replaced bulb twice now and fuse replaced also. Thanks for the diagram
