Hello everyone.

Can someone tell me what the spec difference is between an SX and an ELX spec Multipla please?

Thanks

Chris

Hi Chris,

Here are some of the differences I can think of on the original Multipla. Please correct me anybody if I am wrong.

The standard ELX has: Diesel engine, Alloy wheels, Twin sunroof, Tinted windows, Different interior fabric, Colour coded bumpers and Front fog lights.

I am not sure if the SX has air conditioning as standard. But I believe the ELX has.

I've got an sx diesel - you can get and elx with a petrol too!

Alloy wheels, Twin sunroof, Tinted windows, Different interior fabric, Colour coded bumpers and Front fog lights are ELX. Not sure if some were options on the sx though.

Note the Twin Sunroofs often leak and the different interior fabric on the ELX is prone to rapid wearing. These factors combined with the fact aircon makes me feel queasy and I was convinced I'd scratch the painted bumpers I bought a SX.

I have a 1.9 JTD and it has aircon (or climate control as it says in the manual), twin sunroofs, electric mirrors, front foglights and ten disc CD multichanger.

I always assumed it was an ELX (bought it second hand), but it does not have colour coded bumpers. Not sure about the fabric or the tinted windows.
