Technical Difference between 8v and 16v????

believe me when i say this, you will feel a big difference between a 8v and a 16v 1.4!! as someone else said on here, dont be stupid, and go back and kick off!! I would!

oh and mention sue ur ass in a sentence while you are at it!!

I don't really subscribe to the going in and kicking off theory. If that's your first action, then that will just antagonise them, especially if there are other potential customers overhearing the rant. Go in, armed with that excellent advice of TegDC5's and your invoice, and explain the error to them. If they are a decent garage, they will probably be wanting to recift the error ASAP, so decide what you want, and stick to your guns if they try to fob you off with some lesser action.

If that doesn't work, then it's time to kick off, write a letter to the MD and threaten them with the lawyers!
