General Diagnostic required

Hi everyone, what a fantastic website. I am new to this so no doubt i will get into trouble for posting in wrong section etc. Im not that good with modern websites or cars which brings me here for help. I have a Fiat Fiorino 2013 1.3 diesel which doesnt start great hot or cold. But does start. Drives fine no smoke on start up etc no warning lights etc. So rather than chase my tail replacing this replacing that is there anyone in south wales that knows their stuff with these engines that i can take it to as a paying customer?
