General Dents on my Sei

From your sig,the car looks like a nice one that you take care of,

dent pulling is not easy, you have to take extreme care when doing it,as its very easy to pull the dent out further than the rest of the bodywork, leaving it in a right mess,

if you take it too a bodyshop or specialist dent removal people they wont charge you much

hey yeah i wouldnt try it mate ive worked in a bodyshop and the state of some of the cars where people had tried to take them out was unreal. where abouts are you based coz where i used to work they have a guy who takes them out while you wait for £30 a dent and its amazing.

They are not really noticable unless the car is dirty. So Its not worth the £30.

Oh well.

Thanks for the advice, I wont get it.

I lessened a tiny dent on my rear panel by removing the interior on the side, getting a rounded metal object wrapped in a cloth, and running it over the dent, not by feel, but by sighting down the outside of the car, applying pressure from the inside.

Its a lot less noticeable now, but there are risks, i knew it could have gone worse but luckily, it turned out well :D

My car was hit by a golf ball and left a small dent in the bonnet. I got quoted between £380-£460 to repair. Full bonnet respray plus wing blend.
If this guy can do it without repainting , then I'd travel to have it done!

Theres a good guy around coventry/nuneaton, can't remember what hes called, but is an ex jaguar panel mender. Looked great on m freinds car, took a bonet bent out from someone stamping on it.

Can find out the name if you like. I travel between nottingham and nuneaton all the time, only 40 mins off peak, and some great country roads for 15 miles (y)

Yes please! I don't rate partial resprays. They seem to have a limited life and start to bleb after a year or so. Well from my expierience any way. I'd sooner keep the original paint if poss.
