Decent Service

Hi

got to get a main service done for my 1.8 bravo and was looking for decent garages around the west london area. I've used DTR before for my Cambelt and was happy with the service but they are charging £199 for a main service which seems a tad pricey. Anyone know or recommend any garages or do you think i should just go to DTR.

Don't know anyone in the "local" area but the Coupe guys recommend PowerFiat.co.uk as the guy who owns it is a Coupe owner. Good prices too apparently but they are somewhere in Essex.

Nope. Live in Letchworth, Herts. Just prepared to travel to ensure my car gets specialist treatment.

I used DTR for my last major service and Cambelt change and was more than happy so perhaps best to stick with them.

At the end of the day is it worth scrimping when it can end up costing you a fortune if it's a bad job?

I've used an independant garage a few minutes from White City. Autovilla I think its called.
I'll find his card and post the contact details tomorrow.

Excellent job on a recent respray and had the car serviced twice.
He's not kwik-fit cheap, but the price does seem fairly reasonable for the quality of care and work received. Much cheaper than Fiat main dealer.

If you want serious guru mechanic, try Autodelta based near North Acton. Expensive but you can discuss engine and bodywork mods.
