Styling Debadging...

Hi

Just wondered, if i debadge my boot lid, and for any reason i want to re-badge, to put on p u n t o or something, is it possible to use the same adhesive, or do i need to apply something else? if so what else?

super glue(but the gel type)or do this?

The adhesive is left on the car and needs t-cutting off so you can't use that. But any kind of adhesive would work fine.

My opinion is don't do it though, its not a rover or a seat. But each to their own.

I've got PUNTO spaced out across my boot, looks pretty good. Came with their own backing.

Yeah that, or t-cut the same colour to your car, either is fine.

Thats what I got and it comes right off. Spray it and it comes out like a gel, leave it to soak in, use an old phone card to get the glue off, then remove the gel with soap and water.

Just an update, thought i might aswell...

Rebadged with my tinted lights, i personally like it, i know most people on here dont but hey, my car:devil:

Modded 5 doors are rare, so gunna add 1 more lol

Any views?

I personally would have placed them at the very bottom right corner as they are normally. Would look 10x better and spray them black. IMO

They look OK, there not very shiny though, maybe some lacquering would help?
