Got a new pressure cap for the header tank?
Also, coolant is wise as that coolant looks carp....dirty and rusty
Halfrauds oil and filter will be cool. 15w40 or 10w40.
Flush, back flush and double flush both the enigne/rad and the heater circuit though as it doesn't look good. Blow down the smaller disconnected pipes to check for any blockages.
Once done, make sure to bleed it properly, watch the gauge, make sure the fan kicks in etc.
If it did get super hot then get the head skimmed or at least checked.
One last thing...take the header into a local fiat dealer. You may get nothing, but they may give you a new one or suggest a reason/cause for you at least
