De-locking your FIAT (with tip)

dont scallys just bend your door back from the top? happened to my mates car he spent loads of money on delocking it and the ****s just bent the door back and let themselves in

bah.. what happened to the days when they just smashed ur window and caused £50 or so of damage.. instead of bending the door, or pulling the lock out... grr...

mine also got broken into within 2 days of owning it! GRRR...

hey spongebob i c u live in bristol? iv been thinking about an alarm and delocking the doors, where did u go to get them done? i dont live too far from bristol so its better to go to somewhere thats already done a good job to someone elses car by the way is your alarm thatcham cat 1?

The place i got the doors de-locked was called 'Red Lion Autos' located in Knowle in Bristol (near Broad Walk shopping centre) Cost £200 ish with professionally matched paint.

As for the alarm...

If i was you, i would look in your local papers... here, you get the Trade it dont you? Look in there. You probbably find a few companys in there local to you. Rememer the tip when shopping around getting prices

BE AWARE WHEN GETTING YOUR DOORS DE-LOCKED!!!​

If your car will be de-locked and sprayed to match the doors, be carefull on how they are dried!

My sprayer used a heat lamp / kilm to dry the areas that were sprayed and melted the rubbers that the windows sit in.

The result of this was a great finnish, but the rubbers were melted.

This set me back an extra £63 for a new window.

Be warned!

They tried doing that with mine,the little chavs didnt have a big enough screwdriver though,hahaha

Shame about the missing paint but it acts as a constant laugh for me.

I never leave anything valuable in the car so even if they had got in they would have been gutted anyway,and left with a bent screwdriver for good measure

Had a pop at trying to remove the window too,but couldnt manage that either

if i was u id be straight back down there getting my money back or repaired i delocked mine with help from my mate, only took 2 hours and cost about £20 for the materials needed, but then again yours was colour coded after mine is still lovely filler colour lol
