hi . ive recently bought a punto and to be fair its a good little car. but the daylightrunning lights puzzel me. both bulbs had blown and i replaced them but i cant get them to be on. it also appears to be no way of turning the normals lights off either. it just does enguine on so lights are on and the manual isnt easy to understand either . No where does it mention where the fuse is, so i cant check that. it is not included in the book or on line. any ideas or info greatfully recieved. many thanks H

Others on Forum may have more specific advice but as I understand it and from my Fiat Doblos , after around 2012 European Regulations meant daylight running lights could not be turned off, so in my case turning the stalk for lights only gave the choice of daytime or headlights plus dip and main beam obviously.
Looking on a Vauxhall Combo I have (Doblo as Combo ) if possible to change settings it is done via the multi function display on instrument cluster/speedo.
Also it only lists left and right headlights re fuses, not daytime lighting, however yours may be different, others can advise.:)

Hi.
My 2012 enables switching via the menu..

MENU
ESC. Button by drivers knee😉

Fuse will be shared with other lights..

My bulbs..
One blew at 42k

Other is still going at 75k

Were they the Big W5W jobs?

Thank u all. i will try the knee button section lol

Also..

Try swapping the Bulb AND Holder from left to right,

The 1st of my bulbs was Blacken and blown

2nd to go off a year later was darkened.. But NOT Blown

I bit of wriggling it came back to life

That was 3 years ago 😊

Ideally you want to see if you are getting 12 volts.. Or a minimum of 9..
At the bulb holder
