I have purchased a new dashcam. I purchased this lead to hardwire in to the fuse board.

Has anybody managed this as the only post I could find for Tipo posted in 2020 ended up using the cig lighter

I would use alarm supply as it’s same rating and have supply after locking your car

I used the window fuse for the switched supply or goes off after opening a door when turning the engine off
