are they bulbs or LEDs? one of my warning lights flickers then goes feint at the point it Should be on all the time. any ideas?

this is what I mean, it's hard to see but the EML is lit but it's flickered and faded to this
My guess is they are bulbs. I'm pretty sure if you can get to them you can upgrade to LEDs I think there is a guide on here somewhere

I know the illumination is done with bulbs but it's the actual warning lights themselves I'm wondering of they're bulbs. sometimes it comes on nice and bright, like this afternoon (below) but now I'm back to the original post
