General Dashboard/instrument panel not working

Hello

I have a fiat punto evo 2011 car, 1.4 today the speedometer, temperature gauge, petrol gauge, indicators on dashboard and clock isn't working but when I open the door the clock comes on.

My lights still show on my dashboard and when I put my hazard warning lights on they show up on the dashboard.

Does anyone know what the problem might be please.

Probably has something to do with the main broken earth lead to the gearbox. Just replace it.
