Dash/Windscreen reflection

The dash reflection onto my windscreen is really bad, even in what little sun we've had.
Is there any kind of coating I can put on my dash or windscreen to reduce this?

ArmorAll do a low gloss dash polish, makes a little difference - otherwise you're limited to covering it with something really.
