dash spraying

im thinking of spraying parts of my dash and wondered what paint i would need?anyone give me links to ebay would be useful.

its just normal spray paint you need mate, a good primer, the colour you want then lacquor to finish and protect the paint

While talking about the dash, does anyone out there know how to keep their dash looking 'tip top'. I use Cockpit Shine but I find it tends to look patchy.

Has anybody had good results with any other products?

listen if ure serius about having ure dash sprayed i would have it done profesionaly although i did mine my self it cos me just as much as a gargae would charge to get it right, if ya just spray it with primer, paint, laquer it goes hard and cracks in the sun the best thing is to use a spray gun and use 2pack paint like you would if spraying on outside becaus it is alot more durable.
saying that i will say it doesnt last forever as it is constantly being cooked by the windscreen so the paint fades mine lasted 12months b4 it started to fade with sun best have real think about it b4 you spray

Mick, mine has been done for nearly 2 years now and its holding up great, its alot to do with the prep and time taken... i took 3 days t make sure it was done properly and its nt cracked or anything
