Technical Dash menu

Hi (2008 ducato)
Having disconnected and reconnected my battery I can no longer access the dash menu.I can set the speed at which the buzzer beeps at but thats all.Can't set clock or units.
Any ideas how I access all of menu.

Does not the user manual explain how to set the mode & the various functions of each for the digital display, which are explained on pages 22-38 of the owners manual.

If you don't have a copy of the owners manual suggest you try attached text file.

Yes but I am not given the option the change anything except the speed thing.Clock and units never appear when I press mode.
