Spurious dimly lit warning lights are quite a common Ducato fault. It's annoying, but doesn't seem to cause any other trouble unless you happen to have an MOT tester who misinterprets it as a system failure. If you wait, you may find they go out a minute or so after the ignition has been switched off.
I suggest you talk to Cartronix (near Portsmouth in Hampshire) who can repair it for about £150. It's not too difficult to remove the entire instrument cluster and send it to them.
