Dampning the exhaust

I found some pins once that damp the exhaust sound (DB's).
They would be bolted straight into the exhasyt pipe causing the gasses to go side ways damping the DB's.
Now I'm searching for them but can't find them anymore.
Does anyone know what the name is for these things or were to get them?

Exhaust baffles? There are some on Ebay.
Most need you to drill a small hole in the tail pipe to allow a bolt to go through.

To minimize the exhaust noise.

It's not optimal.
But I ust put in another engine and I'm waiting for a new backbox to replace the novitec one.
I hope it's better after fitting it.
