And I don't mean my weekend activities.

The spare wheel in my Brava seems damp/wet and the windows get steamed up pretty easily in the morning. I think the two things are part of the same problem.
I have tried using lots of those small silica gel packs you get when you buy almost anything but its not helping.
The car sits out side in my parking space @ night so could damp be getting in somewhere?
Do I just need to dry the car out in a warm garage?

silica gel - dime bar!

The way I see it is you've got a leak somewhere. Usually the best bet to stop a leak is to find out where water is getting in and then stop it from getting in! Sorry I know I shouldn't take the **** - but silica gel, I ask you.
Check around the lights and make sure the boot seal is intact and that the drain holes in the seal itself are not blocked up with shite. Oh and make sure nobody is pissing in your boot while you're not watching. har har.
Good luck.

I've had a similar problem since I bought the car. I'm pretty sure it's a faulty seal on the drivers window but I've never got round to having it replaced. A quick way of de-misting is to turn the controls as shown behind the drivers sun-flap. It took me nearly 2 years to notice them! This does work, but you usually have to do it every few minutes depending on the weather.
