glad the parts can help you out! yep the weekends are nice, sorry the slave cylinder was playing up and i could not get my foot down
its amazing how quick they wind up to 70!! hgt would prob be quicker as it weighs a little less.. im sure what ever you have you will miss your little 1.4, it looked tidy for a car that is getting on for 14 YEARS OLD!
slave cylinder is all sorted now, only took me about 20 mins to get to it, bleed and then re-fit tray and battery.
get some pics up when you fit them, i cant think of anyone that has had to replace them
Its awesome dude, i really appreciate it! i can't believe your marea wasn't even at full tilt! and the noise it made, oh my god, i could listen to that all day long i think! Anyway, if you ever need a hand with anything just gimme a bell, im pretty handy with a hammer and i owe you one!
Will you liked the rat then!! does it still whistle from the magnex!!! I loved it, awesome car! i am on my second now and using it as a daily driver at the moment and doing surprisingly well on fuel when i aint booting it.
Also did you know that the Rat ran a 17.1 second qtr at Santa Pod in 2007 with a 1.3 second delay in the launch!!! The noise it use to make with the Induction was just crazy!
I am a convert and ye the rat was awesome, it does whistle too, but its the roar! i love it! i am considering a weekend at the mo but there are a lot of cheap saloons out ther so may go for one of them to be different i cant find many parts for the marea's though, where did you guys go?
It's only the classy member of the BOO family, favoured mainly by the older, family gent, featuring all the loveliness of the Bravo/a but with big bootspace and roof rails!
We currently have 4 or 5 members with them and as families grow, I'd imagine a few more too!
Best bit is that they come with all the best engines in the range, making the 20v 5 pot a proper sleeper. Kids pull up at the lights next to one, thinking they're about to tear up Grandpa, only to be given a lesson in 5 cylinder awesomeness LOL

Well, Roberto is nearly right - of course a rather sleeker 20v black saloon is THE classiest of the Brava/o-Marea clan, with other saloons and Weekends, (Who said sheds? lol) being a close second
Hav'nt gone-in for an off-the-line burn-up for a long time now, but remember really humiliating a balding cock-sure get in his then new hairdresser's MX5 2 days after I bought my Marea.
A BM 5 series Touring, Honda 2.4 Accord, F*rd Puma, Saxo VTS and various cock-driven Audis have been other scalps....
