Dam headlight plastic covers

My headlight covers mist up so much inside when its cold and theres no way i can clean them .

Anyone else have this problem and if you have fixed the problem can you share the secret .

This is on a 2002 Fiat Punto Mk2.

water gets in thought the back cover just put vasoline on them
