How do i find my customer code i have a 2003 ulysse eleganza 2 ltr petrol and i have not got a code card with the car where can i find the code

Your friendly FIAT dealer will normally give you the code - you may have to pay a small sum to get the key code, etc.

Just paid £42 from Stoneacre in Grantham for two codes to be faxed to me! One very long one and the other a four digit. Mechanical and electronic key codes. I exactually need the 5 digit code for the ecu! Doh

I can't recall exactly, it has been a long time, but the code is more PSA based than FIAT :shrug:

When i use fiatecuscan / multiecuscan I am asked for a 5 number code. The 4 character code I was given by Fiat contains 3 letters? This is why I'm confused. Do I need another code for programming keyfobs into the body ecu?

Yes - there are two codes. One for the diagnostic system and one for the key/immobiliser.
