PO262 CODE

Hi everyone all new to this. We have a Fiat Ducato 2014 3.0 litre 180 multijet with 78000 klms. Every now and then very random with a PO262 code goes in to limp mode. No missing before or after. Clear the code and of we go till next time. We get 9.6 ltrs per 100klms. How do yes know what to fix or where to start.

A quick look says to me it’s related to injector number 1, so either a dodgy injector or start with checking wiring to said injector?
