Hi, Has anyone made or seen any custom made front grill's for the Panda?

I don't mean just painted all one color. I mean taking another car's grill and modding it to fit.

I saw a Fiat 125 grill for sale online for cheap and it got me thinking.

Then because it was dark and I needed a picture of the front of the fiat I stole one from cheekylittlescamp 's Fizzle (hope you don't mind)

Grabbed some photoshop.

So front grill from 125.

Lazy photoshop (unrealistic because I streched and cut some height off to fit)

Then I found out the measurements of the 125 grill which were 610mm and 214mm

With the Fiat pand grill longer at 740mm and shorter in height at 165mm

I then made a more realistic.

So maybe some spotties to fill in the gaps...

Who knows.. Just throwing this out there.

For the record I do like the panda grill, I just like having swappable front's as I've done it on my other car and in a few minutes it can drastically change the look.

:)

I don't mind Fizzle modelling, his fee is for you to buy some "pinky stickers" :)

You have three grilles to choose from (if you can find a mk1), which do alter the look especially with a bit of paint.

I'm not keen on chrome on a Panda, it's a paint or plastic only car imo ;)

Tipo, still not fitted properly yet. Just trying for size.

Mesh, ran like this for quite a while. Built around a hacked up standard grill.

Faux Lancia. Done as a joke but not a remotely permanent build. Idea for styling though if you like your chrome.

I do have a cut down Passat grill in the garage too but haven't had that on in a while and no pics.
