Technical Crunchy Reverse

Your reverse gear isn't fully selecting so maybe a gearchange linkage adjustment required.

As most have said, i suffer from a cruncy reverse it dosent do it all the time though! I have the 1.8 dynamic; usually to stop it i can tell when it is going to crunch so put it back into neutral and release the clutch and then put the clutch back down and put it into reverse; but ill have to try that idea of putting it into first then reverse n see how i get on!

1st gear trick works well....possibly because the ratios are similar?
the 2 sec thing works as well but not all the time, works if your revs are around idle speed.
