Well this is IMHO a very rare occurrence for a Fiat cylinder head. My last experience of this inter cylinder cracking between valve seats goes back to the Ford Cortinas of the 80s which were notorious for this defect and also cam shaft lubrication issues.
My initial thought is that you have one of those 1 in 100,000s (if not substantially more) that do get produced and fall through the quality control system. The other possibility is that at some time the engine has been run with no cooling and pushed too far resulting in excessive thermal stress which will always go for the weakest point at higher temperatures and that is between the valve seats.
which crack do you mean running without coolant
big one on the middle or the smaller one inside?
