any engine can go in any car smee
although it would be quite hard working getting the engine to sit i nthe bay properly and sorting all the hubs and drive shatfs out
bets stick to 16v coupe or 20vt lump
oh by the way m8
dont buy that suspensin as you'll have to change it if you go 20vt
the hubs and the suspension used on the bravo 20vt engine conversion are different to your 16 ones
I'm just waiting for a full fast airbag kit to come to me from the states on koni inserts and i've actauly ordered theful kit for the coupe, very well price IMO too
i'e quality handling and the car can still goup and down
a friend of mine has the same kit but for a seat. very very impressive is air ride, Hydrallics are utter shitness!
your best of waiting till the engine swap m8 unless you want to replace the 16v struts you get supplied with this kit with 20vt ones at a later date

i toyed with the idea of the 1.4 gt engine it comes with more brake standard than my 1.8 and hell of a lot less to insure.

i have already looked into a 3.0l alfa lump, it is possible! but i want a 20vt over a vr as i can have turbo power!

turbo lump is a dream i'd love to pull up with that whatissshhh sound at a cruise or set of traffic lights and everyone be like "what the fcuk is that" people always have to ask what the car is anyway, stick in a turbo lump an it'd be great

that may well just hit the mark that Ian...
instead of going for the coupe lump, go for the v6 like al said then get it turbo'd or supercharged the you will be ffflllyyyiiinnngggg.

you will need a new exhaust system as the exhaust runs where the prop would go, you would need a custom prop and i doubt the rear axle will fit, you would need all new engine mounts!
seriously mate, it aint worth it, get a lancia and do a 4wd it would work out cheaper..
if you actually did it i would hate you but get an alfa v6 the come polished as standard!
