cracked bumper repairs

ive just snagged genuine abarth F&R bumpers and a sideskirt for the cinq from the local metal recyclers for very little moneys but both bumpers have cracks here and there on them so need repairing i was wondering how to go about doing it properly. iv got a rough idea of veeing out the crack, apply plastic backing bar and the infilling with plastic welding and sanding smooth but ive never done plastic welding before (can solder and mig weld very well though) so hows best to go about it

Mig welding and soldering skills won't help much.

didnt actually need this in the end it turned out the only parts that were cracked was the original bumpers that i gave you although the spoiler is slightly cracked
