General Cover for softop absorber frame

not sure what is name of this part... well, is it possible to buy this part separately? only this cover, not whole plastics... or somebody have alternative for that (condom?), because when hood is down mechanism for raising is unprotected from dust, sand, bird's bombs... and it looks ugly.

Both of mine are snapped and as far as I know you have to buy the whole unit.

I think it's called a "B post cover" it used to be available seperatly. LRB managed to get hold of 1 for me last year from his local fiat dealer.

The spring broke on one of mine and wasn't available separately so I had to buy the cover. As already mentioned it's readily available from a Fiat dealer.

You can get it on its own but you are best of getting both parts as the flap spring is what brakes and that only comes with the full part. Its not expensive so just replace the lot.
