Technical couple of problems need help :D

1st were are the airbag wire located.. my airbag light in on my dash and ive looked under the seats and cant see anywires

2nd.. when fully lockin my steering to the right.. it makes some weird noise like it needs oil or something.. any ideas what this is?

Would have thought there's be a problem with the seal, as it suggests your getting water/moisture through.
