heres a pic of one of my old cars, a Rover gti, honda engine, and i lost control of it after goin thru a diesel spillage one wet nite...

and just ended up scrappin it after that,
i escaped unhurt in that car at 70mph, so if you think yours is bad, at least the car is in almost drivable condition, mine wasn`t.
just tryin to let you know its not the end of the world, mate

I've crashed a Vectra and a Brava, both with reasonable damage but not worth posting in comparison to everyone else!

I don't have pics of my pathetic crashes I'm afraid.

I crashed my Bravo about 6 years ago, rear ended a guy at a junction at about 10mph (imagine less than 10mph as airbag didn't deploy). Destroyed the whole front end of the car and fooked the doors too cause my car went underneath his...that's how sleek the Bravo is He had virtually no damage!

My other crash (fiat punto)was on black ice coming up to the roundabout at the end of the M80 at about 35mph, took out around 30-40 yards of crash barrier before careering into a traffic island and snapping my axle and front 2 alloys Almost got hypothermia that night cause it took the recover 2 hours to arrive and it was 10 below. The most annoying thing about that crash was literally 2 minutes after a gritter lorry pulled up and said "bad luck mate, I don't grit this bit of road" he does the one at the other side of the roundabout...B*st*rd.

I always laugh at how both my crashes were well below the posted limit of the roads I was on - never had a high speed mishap.

I (and my pillion) came off my vfr750 doing about 60-70mph.

slid down the road, bounced up a kerb and landed in a 4ft deep ditch (fortunately dry)narrowly missing a rather solid road sign in the process.

Everything rearward of the petrol tank ceased to exist. The rear seat subframe was touching the steering head. The seat was ejected 30-40ft into a field. The main frame was cracked in 2 places and had the rear seat mounting points ripped off.

I broke the cruciates (spelling?) in both knees.put a 1 inch gash in my leg just below the knee. Put a four inch long hole in my elbow down to the bone and picked up gravel rash from hand to elbow. My girlfriend ripped two muscles in her back leaving her unable to move for 4 weeks. She also lost a patch of skin on her calf the size of an outstretched hand which went down to the muscle underneath.

Unfortunately no photos exist as the bike went straight to the scrappies before i could walk again.

personally i think it looked better on the back of the lorry crikey that was a few years back on the way home from donny show.

what was more amazing is that he walked away with one scratch from the broken glass and Amy his gf walked away without a mark on her. but then again lozz is the jamiest bloke going lol

that is mental, how did it happen?

well on the way home from donny lozz decided the motorway was boring and decided to attack the crash barrier, then take out one of the tall motorway lamp posts with the driver's side rear quarter, finally launching 10foot into the air and doing 3 acrobatic rolls down a nice farmers field.

on a more serious note the car suffered some kind of mechanical/eletrical failure resulting in loss of control that was un recoverable. basically it went dead lozz tried to get it to the hard sholder to slow it down but messed that bit up as his engine had cut out and he had no servo brake assistance.
