Wishbone Rubbers to soft this helps tire wear no end swivel joints not so much of a problem.
Glow plugs changed 2 on 3 vans we have.
No injector leaks
No fuel pipe problems
All vans did over 130K
Both had new clutches at 120K Berlingos did 250k even the transit managed 190k
Other than the back door lock (all vans & more than once) no problems they have the twin sliding & are used a lot.
Never had the regen run but it does get driven enthusiastically
Rear shocks at 120K
Rear springs just don't go there chewing gum has a longer life without coil assists we recon 3 sets in 130K (all 3)
Turbo pipe the 3peice metal one 60K (2vans)
Thermostat 60K (1van)
Wishbones every 30Kish (all3)
The funny wont start after stopping for short time, or drop below 2000rpm engine dies then picks up OK, engine sensor. (1van)
Lumbar support breaks about 50K (all 3)
Still uses no oil between changes 6K have always thought oil is cheaper than engine repairs. (all3)
Goes like a train still (all3)
The front tire wear we don't talk about:bang:
