I noticed the metal coolant pipe at the front of the engine on my 2004 Panda 1.1 Active appears to have some serious rust.
I've ordered a new pipe, however, does anyone sell the all the coolant hoses as a kit or is it a matter of buying them individually?

I don't want to tackle the metal pipe replacement till I know I've got hoses as well, otherwise Sod's Law will burst or damage a hose!

not as far as I know, Its going to add up to a fair bit for an 04 car

there fairly reliable. The only one I have fail was a split in the one that goes the the thermostat. That had done 200,000 miles in 15 years. Even then I just shortened it a bit and it was still Good for another year.

The hoses are rubber and never see sunlight so should last a VERY long time. However, the QD couplings are plastic and usually do not "do detach" are never "quick" and plastics degrade over time. New hoses will not replace these couplings so just leave them alone. Cut the crimped clamps and use worm drive clips.
