Technical coolant loss

my 21plate 1.0 tipo has just started to use coolant. there are no signs of a leak or mayo on the oil - any help out there/

Max to Min every 100/150 miles

I’d probably start with getting the system pressure tested as it might only be leaking whilst the engine is under a greater load at higher speeds. You could also get a sniff test done as they don’t always mix if head gasket is failing. Having a look at the spark plugs can tell you a lot on how the engine is running too
