Technical Confused over bulb

On the 5 door 02 1.6 may dam hear side bulb has blown
Its the main driving beam(only side light working)
Im confused as to weather its a H1 or H7
I really dont want to be trying the wrong bulb,Last time this happen I was on the verge of hanging myself

Why do all the online stores have H7 as the fog lamp
H1 as main beam

In that case they have their ass backward... Foglight is H1. Dipped and high beam are H7.

Edit: High beam is H1. Never had to change one of them though.

I guess in terms of wording the stores are correct,main beam is what I would call high beam
H7 dipped which is what you drive at night with.
